Tiger Discretionary Grant Application for the Completion of the John N. Hardee Expressway
John N. Hardee Expressway Tiger Grant Application The Central Midlands Council of Governments (CMCOG) formally requests a TIGER Grant in the amount of $84, 714,281.98 to assist in the completion of the John N. Hardee Expressway roadway project. This project is located in an urban industrial capital of the greater Columbia area in Lexington County, South Carolina, 2nd Congressional District. It will put local residents to work as soon as funding is possible. This project is 100% shovel ready with construction beginning 60 days after funding is available.
